Refund and Returns Policy

At Satyee Organic Dairy and Farm, we are committed to providing high-quality organic and dairy products. Due to the nature of our products, the following return and refund policy applies:

1. Applicable Products

This return policy is applicable only to packed, non-perishable products, such as:

• Haldi (turmeric)

• Ghee

• Jaggery (shakkar/gud)

• Cold-pressed oils

• Spices and other sealed packaged items

2. Return Eligibility (Packed Products Only)

Returns are accepted within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery only if:

• The packed product is unused, unopened, and in original sealed condition, or

• The packed product is damaged during delivery, or

• The packed product is defective at the time of delivery

3. Non-Applicable / Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

• Fresh and ready-to-consume products such as milk, paneer, chaach (buttermilk), lassi, curd, etc.

• Any fresh/perishable product that turns bad after delivery due to storage or handling

• Products that have been opened, used, or consumed

• Return requests raised after 48 hours from the delivery date

4. Quality Check & Approval

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.
Approved cases may be eligible for replacement or refund, at the sole discretion of Satyee Organic Dairy and Farm.

5. Return Request Process

To request a return, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order details / invoice

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue with the packed product

6. Perishable Products Disclaimer

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, fresh and ready-to-consume items are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, even if they turn bad after delivery.

7. Final Authority

The final decision regarding returns, refunds, or replacements rests solely with Satyee Organic Dairy and Farm, based on internal quality verification.
