• Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (photo/video).

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

• Order cancellations may not be possible once dispatch has begun.

• Subscription orders (daily milk delivery, etc.) are billed and delivered as per the selected plan.

• You may modify or cancel your subscription within the time limits mentioned on the website or by contacting customer support.
